Yes, I own each listing shown on the website. By purchasing the land, I am able to sell directly to the customer without requiring the use of a real estate agent. During the deed purchase transaction, a notary public will be present to authenticate the sale.

I encourage you to visit the land prior to purchasing. This is a great way to determine if the property is a good fit for you. Please let me know ahead of time and I will help supply GPS coordinates to ensure you are able to find it.

I am happy to work with my customers to develop a solution that works for them. The two ways to purchase the land are to either buy the land outright through cashiers check, or finance the land. I offer seller financing with no background checks at a fair interest rate. If you chose to finance, you are always welcome to pay the balance off sooner and will never be charged extra for this. Once the payment is paid in full, a signed deed will be sent to you and the land is all yours!

You are welcome to use the land as soon as it’s purchased or you have begun making payments on it!

Mineral rights are not included with the property unless otherwise stated. A lot of land has had mineral rights reserved well before I have purchased it.
